Welcome to Alpaca Glue! By browsing or buying here, you agree to these friendly Terms of Service. Please read ’em—no fine-print sliding here.

1. Who We Are

Alpaca Glue is a one-product store powered by Shopify at www.alpacaglue.com. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean the small team behind the stickiest (and friendliest) glue around.

2. Your Order

  • Placing an Order
    When you click “Buy,” you’re offering to purchase Alpaca Glue subject to these Terms and Shopify’s checkout process.

  • Acceptance
    We confirm your order by email. If we can’t fulfill it—say, we ran out of glue—we’ll let you know asap and refund you in full.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in USD and include product but exclude shipping (unless a free-shipping promo applies).

  • Payment is handled securely by Shopify; Alpaca Glue never sees your full card details.

  • You promise your payment method is valid and belongs to you.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide via trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times appear at checkout.

  • If a package goes missing, contact us within 30 days and we’ll work with the carrier to make it right.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Change of Heart?
    Because glue is, well, messy, all sales are final—no returns or exchanges.

  • Damaged on Arrival?
    If your Alpaca arrives in pieces, email us photos within 7 days and we’ll send a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, designs, logos, and images on this site are our property. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without our written permission—unless you’re shouting our glue’s greatness on social media, in which case please tag us!

7. Limitation of Liability

We stand by our glue—but we can’t be responsible for anything beyond our control. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Alpaca Glue (and its owners) aren’t liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our product or site.

8. Changes to These Terms

We might tweak these Terms to add new features (or new puns). When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon (because our glue’s HQ is there). Any disputes go to a Lebanese court—though we hope we can resolve any hiccups with a friendly email first.
